Our client, a financial services firm, is looking for a temporary Executive Assistant to assist their NYC teams! The ideal candidate will be adaptable, proactive, and willing to jump in wherever needed.
This role starts asap and will last around 6-7 months, with potential to extend.
Hours: 9am – 6pm
*Hybrid Schedule, but must be flexible to be fully onsite when needed
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage heavy calendars and meetings
- Managing incoming calls and correspondence
- Setting up for meetings, managing conference room calendars
- Arranging travel plans and itineraries
- Submitting expense reports
- Prepare presentations for conferences
- General administrative support as requested
- Assist with special events and projects as needed
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experience
- Energetic, motivated, and team-oriented
- Personable and flexible to adapt to last-minute changes in schedule
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite and Concur
