Recruiting Coordinator

You will work in a collaborative, team-oriented culture and focus on helping manage direct hire job placements with our clients across various industries.
This role is onsite 4 days/week in Midtown, NY in office from 9am-6pm with flexibility for emails/calls if needed after hours.
Salary range is commensurate with experience: $60-65k base range paid overtime commission eligibility excellent benefits package
What you will be doing:
- Sourcing, scheduling, and interviewing candidates for direct hire roles with our clients
- Managing and updating candidate and job information in our database
- Strategizing and running jobs by appropriate candidates
- Preparing resumes and bios and submitting to clients
- Preparing and sending out detailed interview confirmations, job start details and updates
- Speaking with candidates to gather feedback on potential opportunities
- Keeping all parties informed of any changes/updates
- Assisting with offers and negotiations
- Serving as a point of contact for clients
- Conducting thorough reference checks
- Taking on additional administrative responsibilities and projects for the SVP as needed
What you should bring:
- 1 years of high-volume, fast-paced experience – open to any industry, but experience in PR, Casting, Entertainment or Agency experience preferred!
- An ability to thrive in a dynamic, extremely fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Confident, engaging, and professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, and strong ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A high EQ and ability to connect with people from all backgrounds, positive mentality, personable, and a team-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in MS Outlook for scheduling
