A highly respected independent wealth advisory firm is seeking a driven Managing Director to help shape and expand its Multi-Family Office Services platform. This is a rare opportunity for a technically sophisticated CPA who enjoys working directly with ultra-high-net-worth families and serving as a trusted advisor on complex tax, trust, estate, governance, and wealth transfer matters.
The individual in this role will partner closely with firm leadership, attorneys, tax professionals, and family stakeholders to develop thoughtful solutions for some of the most complex financial and family enterprise challenges. Beyond advising clients, this person will play a meaningful role in building and evolving the firm's family office offering for years to come.
Key areas of focus include:
• Trust and estate planning strategies
• Complex tax planning and entity structures
• Family governance and succession planning
• Transaction and diligence support
• Multi-generational wealth transfer
• Leadership and mentorship of internal team members
Ideal candidates will bring a CPA designation along with significant experience advising high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients within a family office, multi-family office, accounting, or wealth advisory environment.
This is a senior, client-facing position offering the opportunity to combine technical excellence with strategic advisory work while helping shape the future of a growing practice.
Salary is DOE $150,000-$175,000 base
