Our client, a leading biopharmaceutical company, is hiring for an HRBP (or Senior HRBP) to join a collaborative, growing team and serve as a partner across the organization

leThis position will support managers and employees throughout the full employee lifecycle — spanning employee relations, performance management, LOA administration, onboarding, offboarding, policy guidance, engagement, and L&D. This is a generalist HRBP role with real scope and visibility in a fast-paced, mission-driven environmen

Requirements / Qualificati

  • onsAt least 3 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 1 year in an HRBP capac

  • teamsProvide HR policy guidance and interpretation to ensure consistent application of company po
  • liciesManage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations as
