We are actively considering DC candidates, who have worked in governmental roles handling complicated logistics, to join our NY team. We are seeking a proactive, resourceful, organized, and detail-oriented individual to provide coverage support for a variety of senior executives at the firm. This person will play a key collaborative role in keeping business initiatives organized and on track and will be part of a team that offers an inclusive, dynamic, and engaging working environment.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing complex schedules, coordinating and executing detail-sensitive meetings, planning intricate travel itineraries, liaising with internal business units and external parties, and offering support for key projects. You’ll work closely with the EA team’s leadership and EA managers, learning principal preferences and team dynamics before taking on coverage assignments as they arise.
Ideally Seeking:
• We seek a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational and communication skills. The ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion is a must.
• Candidates should have at least six years of relevant experience and thrive in fast-paced work environments. Executive assistants at our firm are accustomed to taking ownership of their work product and excel at working in a team environment as well as independently.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred, as is proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Outlook) and the ability to learn and utilize productivity software, including Slack, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• The expected annual base salary for this position is $140,00-150,000 plus over time. Our compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) contribution matching, and a charitable gift match program.
