Executive Assistant – Leading Private Equity Team
$95–100K base bonus paid OT comprehensive benefits
Hours: 9am–5pm ET; onsite 5 days/week in Greenwich, CT

What You’ll Do:
• Provide high-level administrative support to a team of executives across varying seniority levels
• Manage complex and ever-changing calendars; coordinate meetings, calls, and resolve scheduling conflicts
• Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel; book flights, accommodations, ground transport, dining, and prepare detailed itineraries
• Handle incoming calls; take clear, accurate messages and ensure timely communication
• Prepare and process monthly expense reports with accuracy and efficiency
• Greet guests and manage meeting logistics, including food and beverage arrangements and post-meeting cleanup
• Assist with preparing materials for meetings—agendas, presentations, and documents
• Maintain and organize personal and professional files
• Manage contact lists; add, update, and maintain entries
• Support two senior executives with distinctly different working styles—one fast-paced and high-energy, the other an early riser with real-time needs
• Collaborate with a large, supportive administrative team across multiple locations
• Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment with sensitive information
• Juggle competing priorities while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks; handle additional projects as they arise
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3–7 years of experience supporting teams—Finance preferred; open to Consulting or Legal
• Demonstrated ability to support multiple executives simultaneously; DealCloud experience a plus (training available)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and time-management capabilities
• Highly proactive, flexible, and capable of adapting to different communication and work styles
• Dependable, solutions-oriented, and calm under pressure with a service-driven mindset
• Exercises excellent judgment, discretion, and professionalism with sensitive materials
