Casting Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and proactive Casting Coordinator to support a fast-paced animation production team. This role will focus on talent onboarding, payroll administration, scheduling, and coordination with talent, agents, recording studios, and internal production teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and experienced working in a production or entertainment environment.

Duration: 6-Months

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Compensation: $30–$32/hour

Responsibilities

• Coordinate talent onboarding, payroll documentation, timecards, and related paperwork while ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Schedule and support recording sessions, serving as a point of contact for talent, agents, studios, and production stakeholders
• Partner with payroll and production teams to track deadlines, resolve documentation issues, and maintain organized records across multiple productions

.Qualification

• 2 years of experience in animation production, talent coordination, payroll administration, casting support, or a related field
• Experience working directly with talent, agencies, recording studios, or production teams
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Familiarity with entertainment payroll systems such as GreenSlate, Cast & Crew, or Entertainment Partners is preferred
• Knowledge of animation production workflows, talent onboarding, and SAG-AFTRA processes is a plus
