What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Operator position at Career Connections Staffing Services?
Well established, multi-location heat treat facility. Newly renovated facility with all the latest machinery.
General Labor/Robot Operator
These are full time, permanent positions. No prior robot experience required as we do have mandatory training for two weeks. You will be making sure the robot arm is operating at optimum efficiency and racking the rotors correctly. Light coding, diagnostics, computer, and numbers knowledge. All part of training as well. General Labor aspect will be lifting, packaging, painting, and labeling.
Shifts:
Day shift: 7am - 7pm
Night shift: 7pm - 7am
12 hour shifts, but you will alternate between working only a 3 day(36 hour) and 4 day(44 hour) week. In 14 days you are only working 7!
Optional overtime.
Wages:
$15 an hour for day shift
$16 an hour for night shift
After 520 hours you get a raise with full time benefits (Full health, dental, vision, 401k, paid vacations, etc). We average hire-in at only 61 days while others average 90 days before a raise and benefit eligibility!
Qualifications:
Ability to lift 25 pounds repeatedly
Reliable transportation
Must be able to have excellent attendance
