Machine Operator – $25/HR

Minutemen Staffing is immediately hiring experienced Machine Operators in Dearborn, MI!

Pay: $25/hour

Shifts: 1st or 2nd Shift

Training: 1st Shift

Job Duties:

• Operate machines used for cutting, shaping, and finishing metal.
• Read work orders, blueprints, and part specifications.
• Inspect materials and finished products using inspection equipment.
• Enter and maintain production information and documentation.
• Stop equipment when quality or safety issues are identified.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Previous machine operating experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints and use inspection equipment.
• Must be able to complete machine-specific training.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be available for 1st or 2nd shift.
