We're hiring general laborers who can train to become robot operators, Hi-Lo drivers, furnace operators, shift leaders and more! This is a great opportunity for someone looking for long-term stability and a new career with plenty of opportunities. Though the shift is 12 hours, the schedule is set up to give you ample days off. This is not a 12 hour 7 day a week position.
The position is located in a heat treat manufacturing facility. Newer facility and very clean. You are physically lifting the entire shift.
Full time, permanent positions.

Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs repeatedly, for 12 hour shift.

Machine operator, factory or production experience preferred, but not required.
You will be making sure the robot arm is operating at optimum efficiency and racking the rotors correctly.
$15/hr to start on days and $16/hr to start on nights, $1 raise after hire-in which is 520 hours, $.50 raise w/full benefits 60 days after hire-in.
