The HR Generalist will assist management with all aspects of hiring and recruiting, onboarding new staff, payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with employee files, benefit information, and facility policies. This role also supports managers and employees with HR needs and helps maintain a positive workplace culture. This is an on-site position in Cincinnati Ohio.
Responsibilities include:
The HR Generalist will assist management with all aspects of hiring and recruiting, onboarding new staff, payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with employee files, benefit information, and facility policies. Responsibilities include:
- Processing payroll accurately and on time
- Supporting the full recruitment and hiring process
- Assisting with onboarding and orientation
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records in accordance to state guidelines
- Assisting with benefits administration and policy compliance
- Partnering with management on employee relations and engagement initiatives
- Experience with payroll systems required
- Previous HR or recruiting experience preferred
- Healthcare or long-term care experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
