Night Supervisor (LPN or RN)

CareCore at Mentor, a trusted skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Mentor, Ohio, is seeking a Night Shift Supervisor to join our team and help ensure exceptional care during overnight hours on the weekends.

About the Role:

This position blends hands-on nursing care with leadership responsibilities. You’ll play a key role in supporting both residents and staff, maintaining high standards of care, communication, and teamwork.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has prior leadership or supervisory experience in a long-term care setting (preferred)
• Communicates clearly and compassionately
• Can prioritize resident care and support staff during the night shift
• Brings strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Active, unencumbered Ohio Nursing License (LPN or RN)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
