PRN Physical Therapist Weekend Coverage

CareCore at Willowood, located in Brunswick, OH, is seeking a motivated and flexible PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team. This role is ideal for clinicians looking to pick up weekend hours in a supportive skilled nursing environment.

We are currently seeking reliable weekend coverage, with additional opportunities available for PRN shifts as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
• Develop and implement effective treatment programs to improve mobility and functional independence
• Document patient care and progress using Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with all facility policies and regulatory standards
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Ohio
• Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred
• Familiarity with Net Health and PCC is a plus
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Dependable and flexible availability for weekend shifts
  
  
  

Schedule:

• Weekend coverage needed (Saturday and/or Sunday)
