Job Summary:

CareCore at Willowood is seeking a motivated and compassionate PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide weekend coverage, with a primary focus on skilled admissions. This role is ideal for a clinician who thrives in a flexible environment and is committed to delivering high-quality patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat residents with a focus on skilled admissions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal outcomes
• Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and PCC systems
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals and progress
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and facility standards
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Ohio
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred
• Familiarity with Net Health and PCC strongly preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
  
  

Schedule:

• PRN, weekend coverage (primarily Saturdays and Sundays)
• Flexible scheduling based on facility needs
