Director of Admissions and Marketing

CareCore at Heritage is a dedicated long-term care and rehabilitation community seeking an experienced Director of Admissions and Marketing to join our leadership team. This role is responsible for driving admissions, building referral relationships, and supporting our census growth goals. We are looking for a motivated professional who enjoys meeting people, representing a great facility, and making a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the admission process; ensure a warm, seamless experience for residents and families
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, hospitals, physicians, and community partners
• Develop and execute effective marketing strategies and outreach plans
• Monitor inquiries, tours, referrals, and occupancy trends; report results to leadership
• Participate in community events, networking opportunities, and professional meetings
• Collaborate with the leadership team to support business goals
• Guide and support admissions/marketing staff as needed
• Promote and represent CareCore at Heritage with professionalism and compassion
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Prior Admissions or Marketing experience in healthcare or senior living strongly preferred
• Knowledge of long-term care, rehabilitation, or related services
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Self-starter with a positive, professional attitude
