Shower Aide

Looking for a rewarding role where you can make a difference every day? CareCore at Heritage is seeking a compassionate and dependable Shower Aide to help provide exceptional personal care to our residents. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working one-on-one with seniors and wants to be part of a supportive healthcare team.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Every other weekend on-call rotation required
  
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with scheduled showers and personal hygiene
• Help residents maintain comfort, dignity, and independence
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Ensure shower areas remain clean, organized, and stocked
• Follow infection control and resident safety procedures
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care at all times
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• STNA certification is not required
• Ideal for candidates with CNA, DSP, home care, or caregiving experience
• Reliable, compassionate, and able to work independently
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
