- 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Oversee the facility's infection prevention and control program
- Monitor, assess, and treat resident wounds
- Develop and implement individualized wound care plans
- Conduct infection surveillance and track trends
- Educate and support nursing staff on infection prevention and wound care best practices
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to promote the best possible resident outcomes
- Current Ohio LPN or RN license required
- Infection Control and/or Wound Care certifications preferred, but not required
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
