ScheduleFull-time
6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Oversee the facility's infection prevention and control program
Monitor, assess, and treat resident wounds
Develop and implement individualized wound care plans
Conduct infection surveillance and track trends
Educate and support nursing staff on infection prevention and wound care best practices
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to promote the best possible resident outcomes
Current Ohio LPN or RN license required
Infection Control and/or Wound Care certifications preferred, but not required
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
Passion for quality care and resident safety
