Regionals: Northeast list in 2026 — and we’re hiring a Marketing Coordinator who will own social media growth, short-form video production, and brand design. This isn’t a “schedule some posts” role. This is an engine room position inside a company building something the home care industry has never seen. Why This Role Exists

CareChoice is building a content ecosystem designed to dominate attention in every market we enter. Our social channels are not an afterthought — they are a primary growth lever. We need someone who treats audience growth the way a startup founder treats revenue: obsessively, creatively, and with zero tolerance for flat lines. You’ll work alongside a team of ten marketers, a contracted brand ambassador, and multiple original content series already in production. Your job is to amplify all of it — and create new content of your own — until our platforms are impossible to ignore.


Primary Responsibilities

Social Media Growth (Highest Priority)

•            Own and execute the social media content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn with the singular goal of explosive, measurable audience growth.

•            Create scroll-stopping short-form video content — shoot, edit, caption, and publish — on a high-volume cadence. You should be comfortable in front of and behind the camera.

•            Apply platform-native growth strategies: algorithm optimization, hook frameworks, trending audio, engagement loops, collaboration tactics, hashtag research, posting cadence testing, and community management.

•            Develop and manage a content calendar that integrates original series, promotional content, blog amplification, PR moments, and reactive/trend-based posts into a unified daily output.

•            Analyze performance data weekly and adjust creative direction based on what’s working. Report growth metrics to leadership with clear attribution to tactics.

•            Identify and execute emerging platform features and format shifts before competitors catch on.

•            Coordinate with market-level team members across five states to capture and repurpose field content into polished social assets.


Brand Design

•            Design on-brand marketing collateral including flyers, digital ads, social graphics, one-pagers, event materials, and presentation decks.

•            Maintain visual consistency across all platforms and markets, enforcing brand guidelines for color, typography, and tone.

•            Create branded templates that enable field team members to produce localized materials at speed without sacrificing quality.

•            Support the design needs of PR, email marketing, and blog content as directed by the media and content leads.


Video Production

•            Produce, shoot, and edit content for multiple original series alongside on-camera hosts and the broader marketing team.

•            Manage a content production workflow that ensures a steady pipeline of raw footage, edits, and publish-ready assets.

•            Apply professional editing techniques — pacing, sound design, color grading, motion graphics, subtitles — to elevate every piece of content above the industry standard.

•            Film during weekday business hours at offices, community events, and partner locations; coordinate logistics with team leads.


Who You Are

•            You have personally grown a following on at least two social media platforms. You know what works because you’ve done it — not because you read about it.

•            You can point to specific content you’ve created that generated significant engagement, virality, or follower growth. Bring receipts.

•            You understand the mechanics behind every major platform’s algorithm and can articulate why certain content outperforms.

•            You are a skilled video creator: scripting, shooting (phone or camera), editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent), and publishing.

•            You have a strong design eye and proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma for static and motion graphics.

•            You are naturally creative, culturally aware, and constantly consuming content — you know what’s trending before it peaks.

•            You are self-directed. You don’t wait for a brief. You see an opportunity and you move.

•            You communicate directly and work well inside a fast-moving, no-ego team.


Qualifications

Required

•            2 years of demonstrated social media growth experience — personal brand, client accounts, or both.

•            A portfolio or live social profiles showing content you’ve created and audiences you’ve built.

•            Proficiency in short-form video production from concept through final edit.

•            Strong graphic design skills with working knowledge of at least one professional design tool.

•            Fluency in social media analytics platforms and the ability to translate data into creative decisions.

•            Excellent written communication — you write captions, hooks, and CTAs that convert.

•            Ability to work on-site in the Philadelphia area on a hybrid schedule.


Preferred

•            Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

•            Experience managing social accounts for a brand or organization (not just personal pages).

•            Familiarity with Monday.com, HubSpot, or comparable project management and CRM platforms.

•            Experience in healthcare, home care, or mission-driven organizations.

•            Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus given our multi-market footprint.
