POSITION SUMMARY

Dp Derm is seeking a Integrated Marketing Manager to lead and execute revenue-driven marketing initiatives across digital, DTC, B2B, and event channels from our Miami headquarters.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who can take ownership of marketing performance, improve lead generation, strengthen customer acquisition, and help rebuild a consistent marketing engine for the business. This person will not simply coordinate tasks — they will be expected to execute, analyze, optimize, and take accountability for measurable outcomes.


The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on. They understand how to connect marketing activity to revenue, are comfortable working with data, and can manage campaigns across paid media, email, social, events, Shopify, CRM, and lead generation funnels. They should be proactive, resourceful, and capable of bringing structure to a department that is ready for stronger marketing leadership.

This role is best suited for someone who wants to grow into a senior marketing leadership position and is excited to build systems, improve performance, and create measurable impact.

OBJECTIVES

  • Own and execute marketing initiatives across digital, DTC, B2B, email, social, and event channels.
  • Drive measurable growth in customer acquisition, lead generation, clinic inquiries, product sales, and event participation.
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
  • Build, monitor, and improve marketing funnels from awareness to lead capture, purchase, training, product adoption, and repeat revenue.
  • Develop and manage a marketing calendar that aligns product launches, promotions, trainings, events, campaigns, and company priorities.
  • Strengthen email marketing, CRM, and lifecycle campaigns to improve engagement, conversion, retention, and customer reactivation.
  • Collaborate with leadership, sales, operations, vendors, agencies, influencers, and creative partners to ensure marketing efforts are aligned and executed effectively.
  • Analyze marketing performance data and translate insights into clear recommendations that improve campaign results and ROI.
  • Use AI tools, automation, and modern marketing platforms to increase speed, output, testing, and campaign efficiency.
  • Bring structure, accountability, and consistent performance tracking to the marketing department.


What Success Looks Like

  • Qualified lead acquisition increases across paid media, organic, email, events, DTC, and professional provider channels.
  • MQL volume improves while maintaining or improving lead quality.
  • MQL-to-SQL conversion rate trends upward over time, showing that marketing is generating stronger, more qualified opportunities.
  • Marketing campaigns are launched consistently, accurately, and on time across key channels.
  • Paid media campaigns are actively monitored and optimized based on ROAS, CAC, CPL, conversion rate, and campaign ROI.
  • Campaign ROI and ROAS consistently hit or exceed defined targets and performance benchmarks.
  • Pipeline generated from marketing activity is tracked, including the total dollar value of opportunities created.
  • Event marketing efforts achieve target CPL, increase registrations, improve attendance, and generate qualified post-event follow-up opportunities.
  • Landing pages, email campaigns, funnels, and customer journeys show measurable improvement in conversion performance.
  • Leadership has clear visibility into marketing performance, campaign status, results, and next steps.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 4–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in growth marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing, ecommerce, or demand generation.
  • Experience managing or supporting paid media, email marketing, CRM, lifecycle campaigns, lead generation funnels, and campaign reporting.
  • Strong working knowledge of Shopify, Google Analytics, paid media platforms, CRM systems, and AI/automation tools; HubSpot experience preferred.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and make recommendations based on ROAS, CAC, CPL, conversion rates, campaign ROI, lead quality, and customer engagement.
  • Strong project management, communication, copywriting, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, vendors, deadlines, and cross-functional priorities.


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Compensation: $95K-$110K up to 20% monthly incentive bonus based on performance
  • 10 days PTO

GROWTH PATH TO SENIOR MANAGER

This role has a defined path to progress into a Senior Marketing Manager position based on measurable performance. Advancement will be evaluated based on the individual’s ability to increase qualified lead volume, improve lead conversion rates, reduce acquisition costs, generate measurable marketing-driven revenue, and independently own campaigns or funnels from strategy through execution and optimization.

Salary : $114,000 - $132,000
