POSITION SUMMARY

The Revenue Performance Coach is a client-facing, advisory role responsible for guiding business owners through the implementation of their revenue priorities within a structured coaching engagement. This individual begins every engagement with a thorough discovery process, diagnosing each client's revenue constraints and execution gaps, then drives real implementation of Cardone Ventures' Marketing and Sales frameworks with precision, accountability, and momentum. The role demands a coach who is skilled at translating proven systems into business-specific action, holding clients accountable between sessions, and producing measurable outcomes that clients can see and feel. This role is ideal for someone who finds fulfillment in helping business owners turn ideas into measurable growth through disciplined execution, accountability, and operational clarity.

SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • Clients complete all targeted milestones and exit the program with real results and systems installed, not just frameworks explained.
  • Clients' lead flow, sales conversion, and revenue generation improve measurably from the start to the end of the coaching engagement.
  • High client satisfaction scores on feedback with clients describing their coach as someone who drove real, specific results inside their business.


OBJECTIVES

  • Develop a revenue coaching plan based on clear, actionable sales and marketing priorities that will drive flow and conversion for the business.
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 40 active coaching clients simultaneously while maintaining high standards of implementation support, accountability, milestone completion, and follow-through.
  • Coach clients through the design and launch of high-converting offers with a clear value proposition, urgency mechanism, guarantee, and pricing structure.
  • Install a Revenue KPI Dashboard, establish revenue targets, reverse-engineer activity metrics, and build a weekly accountability cadence that drives consistent, repeatable performance.
  • Coach clients on revenue funnel mapping (TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU) with offers assigned to each stage, trackability, and pipeline leakage identified and addressed.
  • Facilitate Live Training Calls and Live Office Hours, delivering expert-led sessions that reinforce Revenue Essentials content, address real-time implementation questions, and drive momentum across the 10XBA learner community.
  • Support the creation of client and learner-specific learning paths, collaborating with the L&D content team to curate course sequences, training modules and content to help clients scale their sales and marketing.
  • Assign and track 10X Business Academy course completions between coaching calls to reinforce active milestones and sustain client engagement with the platform.
  • Identify expansion readiness signals and facilitate timely handoffs to the sales team for follow-up on Cardone Ventures services.


COMPETENCIES

  • Quickly assesses a client's revenue breakpoint, revenue constraints, and execution gaps through structured questioning and translates findings into a prioritized, milestone-specific coaching roadmap.
  • Hands-on knowledge of sales process design, offer structuring, objection handling, lead generation, and pipeline management, with the ability to coach real-world application, not just explain concepts.
  • Working knowledge of or ability to rapidly master the 7 Promotes, 6-Step Sales Process, Perfect Offer Framework, Revenue Funnel architecture, and Revenue Essentials Workshop curriculum.
  • Delivers Live Training Calls and Office Hours with clarity, energy, and subject matter authority creating sessions that produce real-time learning and drive implementation action across a diverse learner community.
  • Knowledge and experience with installing and interpreting revenue metrics, including but not limited to close rates, cost-per-lead, pipeline velocity, and revenue per rep.
  • Builds high-trust coaching relationships through consistent follow-through, precise milestone guidance, and genuine investment in client outcomes.
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot, Asana, Gong, and the 10X Business Academy platform's course assignment and progress-tracking features.
  • Manages multiple simultaneous client engagements with precision, accurate CRM records, timely post-call follow-through, and active milestone tracking across every client.
  • Communicates with clarity and directness on coaching calls and in writing via post-call emails, action plans, and documentation — in a way that drives client action.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5–7 years of experience in sales leadership, revenue operations, marketing execution, business coaching, or client-facing roles with direct revenue accountability.
  • Proven track record of coaching or training business owners or sales teams to implement revenue-generating systems — with documented improvement in close rates, pipeline, or revenue growth.
  • Hands-on experience implementing sales processes, offer frameworks, lead generation systems, or revenue funnels in a client-facing or internal capacity.
  • Experience managing multiple simultaneous client or coaching engagements against defined milestones with consistent on-time delivery.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Asana, and Gong; familiarity with the 10X Business Academy platform is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with Cardone Ventures' Revenue Essentials Workshop, the 10X framework, or comparable structured sales and marketing methodologies is a significant advantage.
  • Relevant certifications in sales coaching or marketing execution (e.g., HubSpot, Sandler, Pragmatic Marketing) are a plus.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Primarily office or remote-based; requires extended periods of stationary work at a computer. Reasonable accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment — computer, monitor, keyboard, and telecommunications systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing, across coaching calls, emails, and internal team settings.
  • Travel up to 15–20% of the time for in-person Skill Labs, Revenue Essentials Workshops, and Cardone Ventures live events.
  • Ability to stand, project voice, and facilitate group sessions for extended periods.
