POSITION SUMMARY

The Business Services Advisor is responsible for driving revenue for Cardone Ventures by introducing business owners to our core Business Services offerings and moving qualified clients into the next stage of our ecosystem. This role is designed for individuals who want to master the fundamentals of outbound sales, discovery, qualification, and follow-up while learning how business owners make buying decisions.

A successful Business Services Advisor is hungry to learn, coachable, disciplined in activity, and committed to developing elite sales habits that translate into long-term growth within Cardone Ventures.

SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • Delivering a strong first-touch experience by quickly understanding a business owner’s challenges and identifying where Business Services can support growth
  • Clearly communicating the value of Cardone Ventures Business Services and how they support execution, systems, and operational clarity
  • Working cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Account Management, and Advisory teams to ensure clean handoffs and proper follow-up
  • Maintaining urgency and discipline in follow-up to move qualified prospects through the sales cycle efficiently
  • Consistently hitting activity and pipeline standards while improving call quality and close rates over time


OBJECTIVES

  • Make 200 outbound calls daily to generate new appointments, ensuring 2.5 hours of talk time per day to maintain high engagement and lead generation volume.
  • Engage with clients over the phone, effectively utilizing sales strategies to close deals.
  • Set two appointments per day by uncovering pain points, presenting the Business Services solution, & highlighting the value and benefits of the event to qualified business owners.
  • Generate cash sales while meeting or exceeding daily and weekly sales targets.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients, responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in daily sales training with Cardone University platform, sales meetings and call reviews.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest events, summits, and workshops to effectively promote and sell tickets.
  • Gather customer feedback to contribute to product and service improvements.
  • Sell various business services (based on needs of client) at events and over the phone.


COMPETENCIES

  • Understand customer needs and tailor services recommendations accordingly
  • Solid communication skills to effectively deal with various levels of management, staff, and/or outside clients
  • Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups on unsold opportunities, leading to higher closure rates
  • Sense of urgency -able to function in a high-demand and fast-paced environment
  • Understand and follow the sales scripts for Business Services
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales quota of 200 outbound calls/day
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales quota for $43,000 TCV and 2 deals per week
  • Ability to leverage HubSpot CRM and be accurate in taking notes on clients
  • Comfortable with consistent follow up and ability to get creative when reaching out to clients (i.e. video messages, gifts…etc)
  • Knowledgeable of the Product and Pricing guide and stay up to date with any changes to our different product offerings
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customer’s questions to the best of your ability
  • Ability to master the outbound sales process.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • GED or high school diploma required
  • 1 year of sales, customer service, or performance-based experience preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated history of discipline or performance in any arena (sales, athletics, academics, military, service industry, etc.)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a desk or computer
  • Ability to attend and work in-person events ranging from 1 to 3 days when required
