Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of clinical support staff (CNAs, MAs) and reception teams.
- Ensure efficient patient flow to support timely, high-quality patient care.
- Coordinate provider schedules, templates, and clinic operations.
- Serve as a resource for both clinical and reception functions, stepping in as needed.
- Collaborate with leadership to maintain consistency across Illinois Division locations.
- Support onboarding and training aligned with CVM standards.
- Monitor and improve workflows, processes, and quality metrics.
- Assist in maintaining clinical policies, procedures, and patient education materials.
- Oversee regulatory compliance (e.g., crash cart readiness, safety standards).
- Manage facility needs, equipment usage, and operational efficiency.
- Address patient and provider concerns in alignment with CVM values.
- Lead staff development, performance evaluations, and staffing decisions.
- Support EMR optimization and ensure accurate documentation practices.
- Assist with outreach clinic coordination, including staffing and scheduling.
- Complete reports, data requests, and administrative responsibilities in a timely manner.
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma required
- 3 Years leadership or supervisory experience, healthcare experience preferred
- CPR certification preferred
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High level of organization and time management
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment
