Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of clinical support staff (CNAs, MAs) and reception teams.
Ensure efficient patient flow to support timely, high-quality patient care.
Coordinate provider schedules, templates, and clinic operations.
Serve as a resource for both clinical and reception functions, stepping in as needed.
Collaborate with leadership to maintain consistency across Illinois Division locations.
Support onboarding and training aligned with CVM standards.
Monitor and improve workflows, processes, and quality metrics.
Assist in maintaining clinical policies, procedures, and patient education materials.
Oversee regulatory compliance (e.g., crash cart readiness, safety standards).
Manage facility needs, equipment usage, and operational efficiency.
Address patient and provider concerns in alignment with CVM values.
Lead staff development, performance evaluations, and staffing decisions.
Support EMR optimization and ensure accurate documentation practices.
Assist with outreach clinic coordination, including staffing and scheduling.
Complete reports, data requests, and administrative responsibilities in a timely manner.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma required
3 Years leadership or supervisory experience, healthcare experience preferred
Licenses/Certifications:
CPR certification preferred
