Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and expansion of CVMs cardiovascular research program.
- Manage all aspects of clinical trials, including protocol adherence and regulatory compliance.
- Collect, analyze, and maintain clinical trial data with accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with physicians, CVAUSA partners, and research sponsors.
- Identify and implement process improvements to support research efficiency and outcomes.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in life sciences, healthcare, or clinical research (required).
- Licensed medical professional (e.g., RN, technologist) with cardiovascular experience (required).
- Clinical research certification (e.g., CCRP) is a plus.
- Prior experience managing clinical trials and familiarity with GCP and ICH guidelines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
