Cardiovascular Medicine, PLLC is seeking a Full-Time EMT-Paramedic to join our Pacemaker/Device Clinic team in Davenport. The role includes performing device interrogations, troubleshooting abnormalities, and managing patient communicationsall contributing to improved patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform in-office cardiac device interrogations and assist in troubleshooting abnormalities.
Identify arrhythmias and perform limited patient assessments.
Manage and process remote device checks; schedule and follow up with patients accordingly.
Provide telephone triage and support for incoming device clinic calls.
Communicate test results with patients and coordinate further care as needed.
Maintain accurate data management and records for clinic patients.
Travel locally (up to 20%) to multiple CVM clinic sites.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Strong clinical and technical background with at least 1 year of experience in EKG rhythm identification (preferred).
Licenses, Registrations & Certifications:
EMT-Paramedic certification (required).
