Cardiovascular Medicine, PLLC is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Electrophysiology/Cardiology team in Moline. Key Responsibilities:
Outpatient Care & Patient Management:
Conduct independent patient visits in the clinic setting.
Perform and dictate comprehensive history and physical exams.
Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with cardiac conditions.
Provide patient education and follow-up care in collaboration with the care team.
Collaboration & Documentation:
Work closely with electrophysiologists, cardiologists, and staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Participate in patient care planning and support ongoing practice development.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in Illinois (required).
Minimum of 1 year of cardiology or electrophysiology experience (required).
Master’s degree in Nursing or completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program (required).
Skills & Abilities:
Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking.
Effective communication and patient education skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Organized, dependable, and motivated by patient outcomes.

Competitive Pay – $95,000 – $150,000 annually, based on experience.
