Receptionist/CSR Support

• Greet and welcome guest as they arrive at the office.
• Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls.
• Receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail, packages, and deliveries
• Performing clerical tasks like data entry, filing, copying, and maintaining reception area supplies.
• Communicate with customers via email and phone.
• Respond to customers’ inquiries in a fast professional manner.
• Listen to the customer’s inquiries patiently and seek to resolve them in a manner that meets and exceeds their expectations.
• Enter customer’s orders in an expedited manner utilizing E1.
  • Be able to identify errors in orders and make the necessary corrections.
  • Double-checking orders to make sure any mistakes are corrected before scheduling to the production floor.
• Communicate any issues with customers to department Managers and seek resolutions that can create a long-lasting economic value for both the customer and Cardinal CT.
• Work with CSR's daily to support customers assisting them with day-to-day CSR duties.
