What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/CSR Support position at Cardinal Glass?
- Greet and welcome guest as they arrive at the office.
- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail, packages, and deliveries
- Performing clerical tasks like data entry, filing, copying, and maintaining reception area supplies.
- Communicate with customers via email and phone.
- Respond to customers’ inquiries in a fast professional manner.
- Listen to the customer’s inquiries patiently and seek to resolve them in a manner that meets and exceeds their expectations.
- Enter customer’s orders in an expedited manner utilizing E1.
- Be able to identify errors in orders and make the necessary corrections.
- Double-checking orders to make sure any mistakes are corrected before scheduling to the production floor.
- Communicate any issues with customers to department Managers and seek resolutions that can create a long-lasting economic value for both the customer and Cardinal CT.
- Work with CSR's daily to support customers assisting them with day-to-day CSR duties.
