Requirements:

What Will You Do?

  • Manage front lobby/reception area
  • Coordinate office needs such as ordering and stocking supplies, arranging conference rooms and assisting with interviews.
  • Assist Marketing, Recruiting, Accounting and Sales with various tasks
  • Process mail
  • Greet interviewees and other visitors to the office and connect them with the correct member of the CARCHEX team
  • Prepare and mail customer correspondence
  • Communicate with building management regarding facility issues
  • Other duties as assigned

Compensation: $20 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00AM – 6:00PM (Full-Time)
