We’re looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of technology components within a large-scale business transformation program. In this high-visibility role, you’ll act as the primary bridge between People & Culture, Internal IT, and external technology partners—ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and quality across multiple concurrent workstreams.
You will drive integration initiatives, coordinate enterprise data projects, manage vendor due diligence, and uphold strong governance practices. This is an opportunity to have a meaningful impact on an organization-wide transformation.
What You’ll Be Doing
Project Planning & Governance
- Build and maintain detailed project plans for all technology deliverables (Monday.com experience is a plus).
- Ensure alignment with the overall transformation roadmap.
- Support governance activities, including status reporting, RAID/RAIDD management, and steering committee preparation.
Technology Delivery
- Oversee the implementation of an Enterprise DataHub.
- Coordinate with IT teams to secure technical resources across multiple workstreams.
- Lead vendor assessment and due diligence for new technology partners, ensuring compliance with info security, data privacy, and AI standards.
- Manage review and sign-off of master service agreements required for the program.
Integrations Leadership
- Manage the delivery of integrations supporting a new HR platform, including: Documenting the current integration landscape.
- Developing integration strategy and approach.
- Leading development, testing, and vendor engagement.
- Deploying integration updates in alignment with program milestones.
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify, track, and mitigate technology risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Maintain a comprehensive RAIDD log and escalate critical concerns proactively.
Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as the primary IT contact for the program.
- Provide clear, timely updates on progress, risks, and decisions.
- Translate technical concepts into business-friendly language for People & Culture leaders.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Coordinate testing cycles for technology deliverables.
- Track and manage defects to ensure resolution prior to go-live.
Cutover & Post-Go-Live Support
- Develop and execute cutover plans for system go-live.
- Lead hyper care and post-launch support to ensure a smooth transition.
What You'll Bring
- 5 years of experience managing complex IT or HR technology projects.
- Proven experience with system integrations, ideally within HR or enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of integration lifecycles (design → build → test → deploy).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing external vendors.
- Familiarity with information security, data privacy, and vendor due diligence.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with RAID/RAIDD logs and structured PMO governance.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience with HR platforms (e.g., Workday, HCM solutions).
- Background supporting enterprise data platforms or DataHub initiatives.
- Experience in global or multi-stakeholder transformation programs.
Salary : $62 - $68
