- Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs

- Meet core measure responsibilities related to patient care
- Participate in continuing education to enhance your skills
- Maintain complete and accurate medical records
- Current Illinois Registered Nurse license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
