Capone’s Coal Fired Pizza is a one-of-a-kind pizzeria inspired by the life of infamous gangster Al Capone. Located in the heart of Downtown Fort Myers, our 1920’s-themed dining room features vintage decor and even Capone’s secret vault, visible through a glass floor you can walk on. We serve coal-fired pizzas, homemade pasta, fresh sandwiches, and outstanding entrées in a fun and high-energy setting.
We are seeking a warm, professional, and organized host or hostess to greet guests and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience from the moment they enter.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and with enthusiasm
Manage wait lists and reservations efficiently
Seat guests in a timely and organized manner
Communicate effectively with servers and managers
Maintain a clean and presentable host stand and lobby area
Assist in answering phones and to-go orders
Deliver an exceptional first and last impression to all guests
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in a host or customer-facing role
Friendly and professional demeanor
Must be at least 18 years old
Strong organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of Italian cuisine is a plus
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
