Job Title: Host – Cabos Cantina

Cabos Cantina is a vibrant modern Mexican scratch kitchen and tequila bar in Downtown Fort Myers. Our colorful dining room features traditional Mexican décor and a stunning tequila wall that showcases some of the finest selections available. We offer an energetic, guest-focused atmosphere, and we're looking for friendly, outgoing hosts to welcome and assist our guests.
Responsibilities:
Greet all guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
Manage the waitlist and seating chart using a host stand or digital system
Answer phones and assist with reservations or inquiries
Help maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front entrance
Provide accurate wait times and manage guest flow
Communicate with servers and managers to ensure a smooth experience
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly and professional attitude
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
Must be at least 18 years old
Prior host/hostess experience is a plus but not required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
