Located in the heart of Downtown Fort Myers, our restaurant features a fully themed 1920s dining room — including Capone’s secret vault visible through a walkable glass floor. We serve coal-fired pizza, homemade pasta, fresh sandwiches, and amazing entrées in a high-energy, fun environment.
We’re hiring a dependable and hardworking Dish Person to support our kitchen team and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dish and prep areas
Assist with kitchen organization and restocking supplies
Support prep cooks and kitchen staff as needed
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
No experience necessary — we’ll train the right person!
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
