Capone’s Coal Fired Pizza is a one-of-a-kind restaurant inspired by the legendary gangster Al Capone. Located in the heart of Downtown Fort Myers, we feature a fully themed 1920’s dining room and even Capone’s secret vault, visible under a walkable glass floor. We serve coal-fired pizza, homemade pasta, fresh sandwiches, and elevated entrées in an energetic and immersive setting.
We are currently looking for a dependable and friendly Bus Person to assist our servers, bartenders, host team, and guests in delivering an unforgettable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist servers and bartenders by clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently
Refill drinks and attend to guest needs promptly
Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining areas
Restock side stations and support daily prep/setup tasks
Assist hosts with seating or guest needs when necessary
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times
Ensure a clean, safe, and guest-ready environment
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
Friendly attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays
No experience necessary — we will train the right person!
