Our non-profit client in Washington, DC seeks a talented HR Generalist to join its team. The role will support all facets of HR with a special focus on HRIS management, reporting and related analytics. The ideal candidate will be SME in all things HRIS, implementation, integration and related analytics. Excellent communications skills and a team player. Bachelors in HR or related field and 5 years’ experience. Experience with Paylocity is highly preferred. The role is hybrid (2-3 days in office) and compensation $80-$90K.
