What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Accountant-Real Estate position at Capital Search Group?

Our Real Estate client in Washington, DC seeks a Senior Accountant to join their team. The role will handle all of the accounting for properties to include: financial statements, management reporting, analytics, budgeting/forecasting, monthly account reconciliations, and related.
