Job Summary (HRIS Administrator – Workday)

- Provide support to the HR team during Workday implementation and transformation initiatives.
- Serve as backup Workday Administrator for all modules, including Time Tracking, Benefits, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, and Recruiting.
- Configure and support Workday HCM modules, ensuring system functionality and data integrity.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Workday business processes, security, and reporting.
- Analyze HRIS data, generate reports, and provide insights to HR and business leaders.
- Manage integrations, file feeds, and data mapping between Workday and third-party systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical HRIS issues.
- Utilize intermediate to advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards within HRIS systems.
- Work 100% onsite at Arlington, VA location.
Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
