- Oversee day-to-day operations of the pump rental fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, maintenance, and logistics.
- Develop and implement processes to maximize equipment utilization, uptime, and customer service.
- Ensure pumps and related equipment are properly inspected, maintained, and serviced to meet customer and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, parts, and consumables to ensure operational readiness.
- Manage customer inquiries, escalations, and ensure on-time delivery and setup of rental equipment.
- Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- 5 years of operations management experience in equipment rental, construction, or industrial services.
- Strong knowledge of pumps, fluid handling systems, and related equipment.
- Proven leadership ability with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in rental management systems, dispatching software, and MS Office Suite.
