The Role We're seeking a Diesel Pump Shop Tech to join our Chandler, AZ operations. In this role, you'll perform advanced repairs on pumps to ensure pumps are in optimal operating condition. Key Responsibilities

• Installs and ensures the efficient and safe operations of all pump equipment, new or replacement parts.
• Inspect and repair pumps to ensure efficient operation and proper functioning equipment.
• Disassembles broken or defective pump equipment to facilitate repair and reassemble when repairs are complete.
• Perform routine maintenance to all pump equipment.
• Keeps accurate and timely records of equipment movement, installation progress, service schedules, customer interactions, and other paperwork as required for proper documentation of work performed.
• Clean and test all repaired equipment to ensure operations and appearance is up to company standards.
• Other duties as assigned. Regular attendance is required to fulfill the essential functions of the job.
  
  

What You Will Bring

• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• Mechanical aptitude with at least 2 years' experience with diesel and/or electric pump repairs and similar equipment.
• Ability to diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams and schematics.
• Exceptional communication skills: Customer service experience is a plus.
• "Can do" attitude with the ability to collaborate with co-workers, customers and vendors.
