- Manage scheduling, dispatching, and logistics for equipment rentals.
- Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and repairs with service teams.
- Track inventory availability and utilization.
- Deliver, set up, and install rental equipment at customer sites.
- Provide basic training and demonstrations for customers on safe and effective equipment use.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols during installation and transport.
- Previous experience in the equipment rental, construction, or logistics industry preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient computer skills; Knowledge of Point of Rental is a plus.
- Ability to operate and transport equipment (CDL or ability to obtain a plus).
- Mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting ability.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Able to lift 50lbs and work outdoors in extreme temperatures.
