Capital City Oasis Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and punctual Caregiver to join our team. Job Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when needed.
- Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, and maintaining a clean living environment.
- Provide medication reminders (as directed).
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
- Transport clients to medical appointments, errands, and community activities when required.
- Monitor and report changes in the client’s physical or emotional condition.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
- Follow all company policies, client care plans, and safety procedures.
- Arrive on time for all scheduled shifts and communicate promptly regarding scheduling needs.
Qualifications:
- Compassionate, caring, and professional attitude.
- Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow client care plans.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred).
- Experience in home care or caregiving is preferred but not required.
