Capgemini is looking for a Strategic Client Partner to drive AWS-led growth across Financial Services clients in the New York market.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on building executive relationships and expanding strategic accounts through cloud, data, and AI-led transformation.
If you have experience working with tier-1 financial services clients and can connect business outcomes to AWS-led solutions, this is an opportunity to play a key role in a priority growth area.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage senior client relationships (CIO, CTO, and business leadership)
- Drive growth across strategic AWS-led initiatives within Financial Services accounts
- Partner with AWS and internal teams to deliver joint go-to-market solutions
- Lead complex deal cycles involving cloud transformation, modernization, data, and AI
- Identify and expand multi-year opportunities aligned to client priorities
What You Bring
- 10–15 years of experience in enterprise sales or client leadership within IT services / consulting
- Strong background working with Financial Services clients (banking, capital markets, and/or insurance)
- Experience leading AWS or cloud-related client engagements
- Proven ability to build executive relationships and drive account growth
- Track record of managing complex, multi-year deals
Role Details
- Director to Senior Director level (based on experience)
- Strategic client partner with growth and expansion responsibility
- Not a transactional sales role
Compensation
- Base Salary: $175,000 – $250,000
- Bonus: ~20%
- Total Compensation: ~$210,000 – $300,000
