We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft .NET platforms, strong data engineering (ETL) capabilities, and proven experience leading application modernization and migration initiatives. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end solution architecture, facilitating cross-functional technology discussions, and ensuring delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing systems aligned to business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture & Solution Design: Define and drive end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise applications built on the Microsoft .NET ecosystem. Design scalable, resilient, and secure architectures including microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems.
Migration & Modernization: Lead legacy-to-.NET migration programs, define migration strategies (re-platforming, re-architecting), and manage risks and dependencies.
Data Engineering / ETL: Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines, architect data flows across systems, and ensure data quality, governance, and reconciliation.
Hands-on Leadership: Provide technical leadership in .NET development, contribute to critical components, and enforce best practices.
Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate architecture discussions, communicate decisions effectively, and collaborate across business and technical teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong experience in Microsoft .NET stack (.NET Core, ASP.NET, C#).
Hands-on expertise with ETL pipelines and data integration solutions.
Experience with Azure cloud services and modern DevOps practices.
Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.
Proven experience leading large-scale migration and modernization initiatives.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
Exposure to AI-assisted migration or modernization tools.
Experience with Kubernetes and containerization.
Key Success Metrics:
Successful delivery of migration programs within timelines and risk targets.
Adoption of standardized architecture patterns across teams.
Improved system scalability, performance, and maintainability.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $45.07/hour - $70.43/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
