As a Technical Project Coordinator/PMO Analyst, you will support critical IT transformation initiatives which includes migration and modernization initiatives.
You will be responsible for creating and updating presentation decks for executive communication, ensuring project documentation is current, tracking environment health, and facilitating communication between technical teams and executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Documentation & Reporting: Create and update project decks, templates, and deliverables, incorporating feedback from stakeholders to ensure accurate and polished content for multiple workstreams. Project documentation includes proposals, kickoffs, scope/finance/timeline/resource estimates and changes, KPI/defect/activity trackers, and roadmaps.
Executive Communication: Work closely with executives to prepare and finalize high impact reporting materials to provide leadership with visibility into ongoing projects on a weekly and quarterly basis. Help prepare materials and coordinate in-person and virtual workshops, planning sessions, and trainings.
Environment & Operational Tracking: Facilitate daily check-ins for projects. Capture critical meeting notes and maintain real-time tracking within Smartsheet.
Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Facilitate weekly check-ins with app owners and security partners to review security findings. Follow up on action items findings and scorecard questions. Ensure all risks, milestones, and updates are accurately logged and tracked in client's cybersecurity systems.
Core Skill Sets:
Project Management Tools: Proficiency in Smartsheet for project tracking and Microsoft PowerPoint with Efficient Elements for deck deliverables. Knowledge of Jira and Confluence is also useful.
Technical Literacy: Foundational understanding of project management, data analytics and tracking, project and system upgrade/migration lifecycles and workforce management technology.
Communication & Organization: Strong technical writing and visual storytelling skills, the ability to synthesize complex project data into concise executive-level updates, the ability to consistently create and polish content with client's preferred look/feel based on iterative feedback and reviews.
Data Accuracy: Attention to detail in managing large-scale spreadsheet trackers and ensuring consistency across multiple reporting platforms.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $34.67/hour - $54.18/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
