The Oracle Cloud ERP Travel Expense Functional Consultant will lead the design configuration and implementation of the Travel Expense TE module within Oracle Cloud ERP This role requires deep functional expertise hands-on configuration experience and strong business process knowledge to support end-to-end TE transformation initiatives The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders technical teams and project leadership to ensure a successful deployment and ongoing optimization of the TE solution
Key Responsibilities:
Lead functional design configuration and testing of Oracle Cloud ERP Travel Expense module
Conduct workshops with business users to gather requirements map processes and define solution design
Configure TE policies expense types of approval workflows per diem rules corporate card integrations and audit rules
Support integrations with HR AP Projects and third-party travel systems eg Concur credit card providers
Develop functional specifications for reports extensions and integrations
Perform end-to-end testing including SIT UAT regression and production validation
Troubleshoot issues perform root cause analysis and provide functional support during cutover and hyper care
Prepare training materials and support user enablement sessions
Ensure compliance with organizational travel policies audit requirements and financial controls
Provide best practices and recommendations based on Oracle Cloud ERP capabilities and industry standards
Experience on handling the issues related to Employees profile assignment bank details etc
Experience in building the custom complex report for business and audit users
Required Skills Experience:
6-7 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle ERP Functional Consultant with at least 34 years in Oracle Cloud ERP Travel Expense
Strong understanding of TE business processes travel policies expense reimbursement corporate card programs audit approval workflows and compliance
Proven experience configuring Oracle Cloud TE including
Merchant Category Group and Code setup
Expense types and categories
Per diem and mileage rules
Audit rules and policy enforcement
Workflow approvals
Corporate card and bank file integrations
Expense report processing and accounting
Security role enablement
Data Encryption masking control
Experience with related modules such as AP GL Projects and Procurement
Ability to write functional design documents test scripts and training materials
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $35.83/hour - $55.98/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
