The EMAdvisor ensures Earnix deployments align with broader business strategy drive measurable value and support enterprise-wide transformation of pricing and underwriting capabilities The role blends strategic program leadership deep domain expertise and stakeholder alignment to ensure consistent scalable execution of the Earnix roadmap and modernization initiatives
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership Advisory:
Serve as the senior advisor to business and technology executives on Earnix strategy roadmap and enterprise-wide adoption
Align Earnix initiatives with underwriting pricing and growth strategies across commercial and specialty US business lines
Drive decision-making around model governance platform capabilities technology integrations and operating model transformation
Provide expert level guidance on Earnix best practices solution design and implementation frameworks
Program Oversight Delivery Governance:
Oversee end-to-end delivery of Earnix initiatives ensuring scope timelines quality and outcomes are met across multiple concurrent workstreams
Establish and enforce governance models covering change management model review compliance processes and quality assurance
Identify risks remove blockers and implement mitigation plans to ensure program success
Maintain senior level visibility into program risks dependencies KPIs and readiness decisions
Cross Functional Alignment Stakeholder Engagement:
Facilitate alignment between actuarial pricing data science underwriting product and technology teams
Translate business strategy into functional and technical Earnix capabilities
Lead workshops steering committees and executive updates to ensure coordinated communication and transparency
Build strong relationships across US business units to drive adoption and cultural change
Platform Optimization Transformation Enablement:
Guide the organization in designing scalable Earnix architectures for pricing rating underwriting rules and decisioning
Advise on optimization opportunities industry benchmarks and emerging best practices across pricing transformation
Oversee platform enhancements model upgrades environment planning and release management
Ensure Earnix integrates effectively with policy admin systems eg Guidewire data pipelines and enterprise architecture
Business Outcomes Value Realization:
Define and track key success metrics such as pricing accuracy speed to market automation levels and operational efficiency
Ensure Earnix solutions deliver measurable improvements in underwriting discipline pricing precision and profitability
Champion continuous improvement cycles lessons learned and postimplementation benefit assessments
Change Management Adoption:
Lead change enablement strategies to ensure smooth adoption across underwriting pricing and operational teams
Oversee training strategies communication plans and enablement collateral for business users
Promote standardized Earnix processes governance frameworks and methodologies across business lines
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $83.68/hour - $130.74/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
