We are seeking a highly skilled DLT Engineer to design and implement the core components of our Tokenized Deposits Platform The engineer will work on regulated financial grade distributed ledger applications focusing on token issuance transfer redemption and integration with traditional banking systems This role will be critical in building next generation digital money infrastructure
Responsibilities:
Design and implement DLT based components for tokenized deposits issuance mint burn transfer settlement
Develop smart contracts or chain code governing deposit tokens
Integrate the DLT ledger with existing bank systems core banking KYC AML payments
Build REST APIs and microservices required for tokenized flows
Ensure compliance with financial grade controls including identity privacy and auditability
Collaborate with payments engineer's architects and security teams
Troubleshoot distributed ledger issues optimize performance and support production grade networks
Contribute to interoperability efforts with CBDCs stablecoins and interbank token systems
Required Qualifications:
4 to 8 years in software engineering with 2 years in blockchain DLT
Experience with Hyperledger Fabric R3 Corda Quorum Besu or private Ethereum
Strong backend skills in Java Go Kotlin or Nodejs
Understanding of token models fungible tokens UTXOaccount models mintburn flows
Knowledge of payments systems and banking flows ACH RTP SWIFT ISO 20022
Experience building microservices and secure APIs
Familiarity with Kubernetes CICD GitHub and cloud deployment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in digital assets projects tokenization settlements custody
Exposure to CBDC or stablecoin architectures
Cryptographic primitive's signatures hashing key management
Experience in regulated financial environments
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $38.14/hour - $59.59/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
