Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled DLT Engineer to design and implement core components of a Tokenized Deposits Platform. This role focuses on regulated, financial grade distributed ledger applications and will be critical in building next generation digital money infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement DLT components for tokenized deposit issuance, transfer, settlement, and redemption
- Develop smart contracts/chaincode for deposit tokens
- Integrate DLT solutions with core banking systems (KYC, AML, payments)
- Build REST APIs and microservices for tokenized workflows
- Ensure compliance with financial grade controls (identity, privacy, auditability)
- Collaborate with payments, architecture, and security teams
- Support and optimize production grade distributed ledger networks
- Contribute to interoperability initiatives (CBDCs, stablecoins, interbank tokens)
- 4 8 years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in blockchain/DLT
- Exposure to and hands-on experience with blockchain technologies, preferably Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT)
- Hands-on experience with Hyperledger Fabric, R3 Corda, Quorum, Besu, or private Ethereum
- Strong backend development skills (Java, Go, Kotlin, or Node.js)
- Knowledge of token models, mint/burn flows, and UTXO/account-based systems
- Understanding of payments and banking flows (ACH, RTP, SWIFT, ISO 20022)
- Experience building microservices and secure APIs
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, CI/CD, GitHub, and cloud deployments
- Experience in digital assets, tokenization, settlements, or custody
- Exposure to CBDC or stablecoin architectures
- Knowledge of cryptographic primitives and key management
- Experience working in regulated financial environments
